Product Description

These beautiful Katahdin Blankets are woven by hand in our Northport studios using 100% organic Merino wool. We hand-dye this soft wool ourselves to impart unique rich tonalities in the final product.  Did you know that wool has natural temperature regulating properties?  Wool wicks away moisture as you sleep, yet insulates when it’s chilly.  That is one reason why wool has been used in blankets for centuries! All-natural wool Katahdin Blankets bring hand-crafted artistry to your bedroom and also help give you a better night’s sleep.

The richly saturated Marine, Indigo and Beetroot colorways are woven with our own exclusive Natural Colors Collection yarn hand-dyed with all-natural indigo and other natural dyes. The Silver Birch colorway is woven with undyed natural and grey yarns, giving it a subtle heathered effect. You’ll love the rustic elegant texture and incredibly cozy feel of these variegated solid blankets.

Each blanket comes in our signature linen storage bag, with slats of protective aromatic cedar to keep your blanket fresh when not in use.
