The Essentials
30-Day Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase*.
Original Condition: Items must be unused, unlaundered, and in their original packaging.
Quality Review: A full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method after our team inspects the item.
Refund Exclusions
* We cannot accept returns on:
Monogrammed or custom orders.
Final sale items from our Seconds Room or Clearance sections.
Items that have been washed, laundered, or damaged.
Single size handwoven blankets are not returnable.
How to Start Your Return
Swans Island accounts and guest customers click ‘Start Return’.
Be sure to include your Order Number and Email.
Retain tracking information until credit is received.

Once we receive your item(s), our team will perform a quality review and contact you regarding your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
