First, we hand-dye our softest organic merino wool using all-natural dyes and a unique hand-tied technique. Then, working on antique looms, our weavers skillfully blend the yarns as they go. No two capes are exactly the same. Woven (not cut!) selvedge edges and our weaver's mark in the front corner are the signs of an authentic handwoven Swans Island piece.
