Heritage Pillow Covers

Heritage Pillow Covers are inspired by traditional New England textiles.  This simple stripe pattern was one of the original Swans Island Blanket designs and over thirty years later it continues to be one of our most popular.  This classic design imparts distinctive comfort and rustic sophistication to any style of decor.

The grey wool base in our Heritage Pillow Covers is sourced from local farms and contains a blend of white Corriedale fleeces and dark rare wool fleeces. The stripes are made with our Natural Colors hand-dyed Merino wool.  Made in our Maine studio, these decorative pillow covers feel timeless yet surprisingly modern.  The handwoven Corriedale wool covers have an envelope closure at the back.
