Wool is naturally dirt and odor-resistant, requiring very infrequent washing. When needed, dry clean only to protect the delicate handwoven structure and natural loft of the local Corriedale fibers. • One-of-a-Kind Variables: Due to the organic nature of our custom-spun wool and small-batch, artisan dye processes, you may notice subtle shifts in texture and color. These natural dye-lot variables—which can also appear slightly different based on your computer monitor’s calibration—are the celebrated signatures of true hand-dyeing.
• Handwoven Dimensions: Because each piece is individual thrown and tensioned line-by-line on the loom by a master weaver, finished dimensions may vary by up to $\pm$ 5% from the standard measurements listed.
• Loom Architecture & Layouts: To maximize coverage and honor the physical structural limits of our historic antique looms, the design layout shifts beautifully by size:
• Twin, Full, and Queen Blankets: Accent stripes run horizontally across the bed, finished with premium silk-bound edges at the top and bottom.
• King Blankets: Accent stripes are oriented vertically on the bed, finished with premium silk-bound edges at the left and right sides for an elegant, tailored presentation.
