When is the sale?

Our Annual Sale begins Saturday, November 1 at 12:00am EST. The sale will end Monday, December 1 at 12:00am EST.

Is there a discount code?

There is no code necessary; the discount will automatically apply at checkout.

Are sale orders eligible for returns or exchanges?

All orders purchased between November 1 and December 31 are eligible for return or exchange through January 30, 2026.

Are price adjustments available for orders placed before the sale?

Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed before the sale, and price adjustments are not available.

When will my order ship?

Due to high order volume, most orders will ship within 7 days of the order date. We will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your package is on its way. If your order is expected to take longer than 7 days, we will contact you directly via email with an estimated delivery timeline.

My item has a long lead time. How can I still give it as a holiday gift?

We know the joy of opening a gift! For any item not scheduled to ship until after the holiday, we will send a complimentary “Swatch in a Box” directly to you. This gift-ready box contains a representative fabric swatch and a personalized note detailing their handcrafted item and its estimated delivery date.

Will additional styles be added throughout the sale?

We will not be adding additional styles to the sale—all discounted items will be available to shop on our site at the start of our sale.

Will the stores offer sales items as well?

Yes. Our 20% Sitewide Sale is also available at our physical locations in Northport, ME and Camden, ME.

Can’t decide what to buy?

We make it easy! Our Gift Cards are available for any amount, both online and in a physical card format.
