At Swans Island Company, we make our Merino wool throws from soft organic Merino wool and organic American cotton. We gently treat our EcoWash® yarns with a natural enzyme to prevent felting. So you may safely launder Acadia throws at home. Because we value American manufacturing, these washable Merino wool throws are woven for us here in Maine by a small family-run mill. And we hand-dye our yarns in our Northport, Maine dye house.

We ship the Acadia throw in our medium-sized, American-made canvas tote.
